Construcciones Ancolem has been carrying out renovations and new builds in Sóller and throughout Mallorca for more than 30 years. In that time we've restored stone houses, renovated entire flats and breathed new life into façades and properties across the island, with especially deep roots in Sóller and the Serra de Tramuntana.

I'm Toni Coll, manager of Construcciones Ancolem. From our base in Sóller, I personally oversee every project we carry out in the Serra de Tramuntana and throughout Mallorca.
I've been in the trade since 1992: complete renovations, bathrooms, kitchens and the restoration of stone houses. I believe in direct contact, so when you hire us, you talk to me, not a salesperson.
